Dave Ellis quote - Living On Purpose Coaching

Testimonials

"I've been working with Tiffany for 3 months now, and it's been a VERY productive 3 months. It's impossible to identify the cause and effect of that productivity relative to my work with Tiffany, but I'm positive I would not have been as productive over this period without the help she's given.

To me, the biggest benefit of working with Tiffany is having someone who can hold me accountable to my goals. That's something my wife and friends can't do because they are too close. (Tiffany has become a trusted friend, but she's able to stay more objective due to the professional nature of our discussions). Tiffany is not my "boss" but I do feel like I want my "reports" that go to her the day before each appointment needs to be filled with accomplishment. I'm self-employed, so she can't fire me. But, just the simple fact that I don't want to admit to her that I've done nothing real for two weeks is enough to keep me on task. And, if I did blow off a couple weeks, I'm sure she would NOT berate me, but instead dig to find out what kept me from the productivity I seek.

Tiffany doesn't let me lie to myself or rationalize laziness or failure. She simply helps me identify what happened and helps me state some reasons for the outcome I experienced. Giving voice to those experiences makes them real and brings them to light so I can figure them out. Tiffany is also very prompt to provide outside resources that might help address the specific area upon which we are usually working.

Finally, having made the commitment to invest several hundred dollars each month in coaching, I'm not going to waste it by giving her less information than she needs. I try to share the whole story - even the "boring" parts. I try to share all my goals, even the ones that seem silly. I try to share the anxieties and fears - even though that sometimes makes me feel week or vulnerable, which I think is especially hard for confident men to share with any woman.

In fact, just recently I make it a goal to set up some mentoring relationships - but I thought the guys I would like to approach would not see me as successful enough already to deserve a regular piece of their time. Tiffany didn't buy it. She wouldn't let me cop out and challenged me to at least ask both of these men if they would get together for lunch to talk about the idea. Both, to my amazement, said "yes."

As in any professional relationship, you receive what you give. I hope I've given enough to Tiffany to balance all that I've received. I'm a lawyer and charge more per hour to my clients than she charges hers - I sincerely hope I give my clients as much value for their investment.

Please feel free to contact me directly if you're thinking about working with Tiffany and would like an up-to-date reference."

"I am writing today to talk about the great job Tiffany Lehman has done as my Life Coach when I was at a crucial crossroads in my life. Tiffany was so fabulous at helping me identify exactly what my needs were, overcoming my fears of going into the unknown and giving me the tools to be successful even after our regular sessions came to an end. I am happy to say that I have my own business now and have obtained a 40 hour a week contract that allows me to set my own schedule and making as much money, if not more, than my old job.

I feel happy, confident and successful thanks to the work I did with Tiffany; I highly recommend her as a Life Coach. She is focused, kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I honestly believe that she has been crucial to my success."

"I wasn't really sure that I needed a business coach. I’d had a career counselor that helped me take my new business from a shred of an idea to something I was willing to change careers to pursue, and I felt like I’d done a pretty good job on my own for the first 9 months or so. But Tiffany helped me focus on the big picture. I got so caught up in the little details that I didn’t really have a plan for this business other than just surviving the first few years. She helped me get my vague ideas into a more solid plan - a successful business of 3-5 partners that has a reputation for exceptional client relationships and cutting-edge design.

Tiffany has helped me with both short and long-range goal-setting. She showed me how to break down my big, overwhelming goals into smaller, bite-size pieces and how to measure my achievements toward reaching those goals in a way that reinforces them. Tiffany also helped me determine the best course of action when dealing with difficult clients and other problems that arose during the course of our sessions.

Tiffany is enthusiastic, thorough and is equally good at often-overlooked details and big-picture thinking, just what I needed to help move my business to the next level. I love my work and feel good about where my business is going. I highly recommend Tiffany to any entrepreneur who has a big idea and is not sure how to go about making it real."

"It is with my strongest recommendation that I encourage everyone that works with Tiffany Lehman to consider the “Life Vision Day Retreat”. My experience was one of my most rewarding coaching sessions, both personally and professionally, and the positive impact on me will last a lifetime. Especially impressive to me was the amount of planning and preparation work completed by Tiffany prior to the retreat, which was custom tailored to me. We spent a wonderful day within Rocky Mountain National Park while we contemplated my needs, values, mission and vision.

While I had used mission statements, core values and corporate vision statements in business, I had not taken the time to fully utilize these same tools personally. I truly believe that it required a large block of time to focus on the need to incorporate these important building blocks into my life outside of business. For me, the retreat was the perfect setting to start my exploration of these topics personally and understand how they could positively impact my life.

If you are serious about “Living On Purpose” and about getting the most from your coaching experience, then take the time to learn more about the “Life Vision Day Retreat.”
